1. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products in the
online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a
non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button "Order now with
costs" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping
cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately
after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the
contract. The purchase contract is only concluded by our express
declaration or the shipment of the goods.
2. Orders and deliveries
Orders
and deliveries are only possible within Germany. In principle, the
delivery is made by DHL or German Post. The delivery of articles is only
possible in household quantities. Orders and deliveries outside Germany
are in individual cases dependent on order, delivery address and
article.
3. Defects
If delivered items have obvious material
or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please complain
such defects immediately to us or the employee of Hermes, who delivers
the items. However, failure to make this complaint will have no
consequences for your statutory claims. For all defects of the purchased
goods occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory
claims for supplementary performance, for defect removal / new delivery
and - if the legal requirements are met - the further claims for
reduction or rescission and, in addition, for damages, including
compensation for damages in lieu of performance and reimbursement of
your futile expenses shall apply at your discretion.
4. Validity of the prices
The prices mentioned on https://become-a-pro.net are online prices in Euro (including the legal value added tax).
5. Payment
You
can basically pay by prepayment, credit card, or PayPal. The
possibility to deduct a discount does not exist. We reserve the right to
offer you only certain payment methods for the requested delivery, for
example, to hedge our credit risk only such according to the respective
credit rating. In individual cases, we reserve the right to deliver the
goods only after a deposit. After receipt of the order, we will
coordinate this with the customer.
The payment, no matter which payment method is selected, is made through our payment service provider Paypal.
6. Reservation of proprietary rights
Until the complete payment the goods remain our property.

You agree that the contract-related communication can take place in electronic form.

9. Contract language / storage of the order text
The
contract is concluded in German. The order text is not stored by us and
can not be retrieved after completion of the ordering process. However,
you can print your order data immediately after sending the order.
